Always mention the ORDERNUMBER on your return shipment. Once we have received your return shipment, your payment will be transferred back into your account as soon as possible (within 14 days).

Please Note:

  • WINECHILL can only accept returns or exchanges for items that were purchased directly from and which are non-customized products.

  • A copy of your receipt is required. If you purchased your product anywhere other than, you must return it to the original place of purchase for a refund or exchange, observing their particular return/exchange policy.

  • We will not refund original shipping charges, unless the reason for the exchange or return is due to an error by WINECHILL (e.g. wrong item).

  • Your refund will equal your order total, plus any sales tax paid, minus shipping charges.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We can only make exchanges for the same item(s) originally purchased. We cannot exchange your purchase for other items.

Please always check whether the article you receive is the one you ordered. If you should have accidentally received a different article, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. To help us find out how you received the wrong article, it is important that you indicate the reason for the return on the reverse of the shipping manifest.
